"After my accident this summer, I contacted Dempsey Appraisal Service for their assistance and guidance throughout the claim process. This was my first accident, and I had no idea what to expect; nor did I have the knowledge required to ensure that I was not taken advantage of by the insurance company.
Dempsey Appraisal was an excellent resource, and they were always quick to respond when I had questions. And, their expertise was very beneficial when the insurance company presented an unsatisfactory diminished value estimate. Given the damage to my car, I knew that the number provided was incorrect. I immediately contacted Jonathan, and he quickly produced a much better estimate. Due to the fact that Liberty Mutual had worked with Dempsey Appraisal in the past, they accepted Jonathan's estimate, and I was able recoup a larger amount for the damage done to my car.
Without David and Jonathan’s assistance and knowledge, my first auto-accident claim would have been a very frustrating, negative experience. I highly recommend Dempsey Appraisal Service, and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help!"

"Just got call from State Farm. Your estimate of $1650 was great!
They came in at $1500 and we split the difference at $1575.
Great job and if you ever need a reference use me!"

"Hey Jonathan I just wanted to let you know that I have received two checks from Geico. The first for $1,500. and then another $1,100 after you went to bat for me.
I really respect your professional knowledge of negotiating a diminished value settlement. Your fee was well worth the expense.
If you are ever in need of a testimonial please feel free to contact me."...
Thanks again,

"Thank you very much for all that you did in arriving at this $1,700 settlement.
For your files I am attaching a document that I received via email today from Farmers stating that they are processing a check in the amount of $1,700.
This is the second time that you have proven to be a valuable partner in getting the insurance company to offer a fair amount as a diminished value settlement.
Unfortunately I am not on face book nor any other form of social media. I would however to be glad to send you a letter or email that you could post on your website and I would also be willing for you to provide a potential customer of yours my email or telephone number and I would be happy to tell them what a pleasant, conscience, professional you are."
Thanks again,

"My daughter drives a 2012 Subaru Impreza Limited.  I came to find out that there is a Georgia law that addresses "diminished value" following an automobile accident. I contacted the insurance company of the party at fault, they were prepared to issue my daughter a check for $192.00. This was what they estimated the diminished value her Subaru should be following an eight-thousand-dollar repair.  This didn't seem like a fair deal to me.  I was referred to Dempsey Appraisal Service.  I hired Dempsey Appraisal Service for a very reasonable flat fee. Jonathan Dempsey contacted the insurance company that made the low offer and negotiated with them providing multiple sources of documentation to support a higher settlement.  After weeks of going back and forth the amount of the final settlement agreed upon was $1,750. (more than nine times higher than the first offer).  Hopefully I'll never need to go through this again but in the event that I do, Jonathan Dempsey will be the person I call.  He was totally professional, kept me informed via email through every step of the process, and also spoke with me in a way that made me feel that my case was as important to him as any he had ever worked on.
Jonathan gets two thumbs up!"

"Thank you so much for sending the email to my
insurance company.  I am so glad I contacted you
before I settled my claim.  $2,215 is quite a bit more
than the $610.00 my insurance company offered me.
I most definitely will recommend you to
everyone I know  and meet."

"You are a true
professional with a charming  personality."
